Jeff Burton rolled onto Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday in his orange and black No. 31 Chevrolet without the AT&T globe or any mention of the telecommunications company on the car.

AT&T officials followed their legal option Friday of asking the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider the ruling in the Jeff Burton logo dispute from earlier this week.
