Carmel's inaugural Cherry Blossom Festival will celebrate 30 years of cultural exchange with Kawachinagano, Japan, at the Japanese Garden on May 4.

The Cherry Blossom Committee and the City of Monterey Park invited visitors to celebrate Japanese heritage over the weekend.
