HOUSTON — A member of the sideline chain crew at Sunday night’s Chicago Bears-Houston Texans game was carted from the field after tripping and falling to the ground in the third quarter.

Even if legislative action slips past this session, the Bears are laying the groundwork for a long-term play in Arlington Heights, one that may finally sideline Chicago.
