After airing for the first time on Oct. 11, 1975, Saturday Night Live is preparing to celebrate its 50th anniversary this weekend, chronicling a half-century of laughs and historic moments.

The second round of snow this week is arriving in the Chicago area, with those who commute later in the evening potentially encountering traffic problems.

The biggest winter storm of the winter season so far is set to hit the Chicago area Wednesday, bringing several inches of snow to much of the region.

The crossover starts at 8 p.m. with "Chicago Fire" followed by "Chicago Med" at 9 p.m. and "Chicago P.D." at 10 p.m.
