A California woman has been declared the first female sexually violent predator in Texas history. Under Texas law, sexually violent predators are considered extremely dangerous and likely to re-offend.

The Comal County Criminal District Attorney's Office said the woman admitted to engaging in role-playing games with pen pals while in prison.
