Dare to Care operates more than 40 mobile pantries every month, providing nearly 275,000 pounds of food to communities in need across Kentucky.
Last year, Dare To Care provided 21.7 million meals throughout its 13-county service area. The nonprofit provides food to the community all year, and uses its Mobile Food Pantry to improve access.
An inaugural drive-through food pantry event was held in Louisville by a local nonprofit. Dare to Care hosted the first Bobby Ellis Memorial Food Pantry at its kitchen on 1200 S. 28th Street.
