DEL MAR, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The theme for next year’s San Diego County Fair has been unveiled and this time, it aims to shine a spotlight on the special bond between humans and their pets.

The 22nd District Agricultural Association has temporarily stopped discussions due to concerns about statements by the Del Mar mayor.
