Soldiers of the National Intelligence and security agency (NISA) arrested security guards of the Turkish-run Digfeer hospital for denying Mogadishu mayor access to the hospital on Friday.

Mohamed Omar Hagafey, who served as a spokesman for former Himan and Heeb administration was killed in a drive-by-shooting in Mogadishu on Saturday morning.
