Police believe they have discovered the body of 2-year-old Noelani Robinson, who has been missing since her father allegedly shot her mother dead on Monday.

Noelani wasn't with Higgins when he met Robinson and the other woman. They drove around together for a while, reminiscing and doing drugs. Higgins said he'd drop the women where Noelani was located.
