The Onimusha franchise is set to make its long-anticipated return, but it faces a bit of an uphill battle to carve out success.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword shows off its gameplay and protagonist as the series makes a full-force comeback aimed at picking up core and new fans.

Capcom has shown off new gameplay of its upcoming 2026 action game, Onimusha: Way of the Sword. More than that, we finally know who's leading the next Onimusha and it's none other than historic swordsman Miyamoto Musashi.
