CrowdProperty is supporting the next phase of development to turn the former manufacuring site of Hallmark Cards into apartments with a £9.3m loan.

Prices for the apartments at Card House start at £105,000, which is the first of three phases of the redevelopment of the Grade-II listed building comprising 144 apartments over four floors.
