LCTI's 2012-13 budget proposal also includes a $240,000 roof replacement project at the school's North Whitehall Township campus and $200,000 in savings on electricity, he said.

The school, which launched in 1971, serves 2,700 high school students from the county’s nine public districts in 45 “skills-based programs of study and academic instruction,” its website says.
