Iowa wrestling: Stephen Buchanan wins NCAA championship in lone season with Hawkeyes
The Hawkeyes ' senior 197-pounder blazed through a tough bracket to secure his first national title, capping off his run with a X-X win over Penn State's Josh Barr on Saturday night. It was the second time this season Buchanan has defeated Barr, previously doing so during a dual with Penn State in a 4-1 decision.

Iowa freshman 184-pounder Gabe Arnold finished 2-2 at NCAAs despite realistic aspirations of reaching the podium. He left the mat with tears in his eyes.
