The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing Wednesday examining the cognitive abilities of former President Joe Biden.

Nearly six months after Joe Biden left the White House, Senate Republicans are still scrutinizing his presidency, kicking off the first in what's expected to be a series of congressional hearings this year on his mental fitness in office.

Sean Spicer, the former White House press secretary during President Donald Trump‘s first term, will testify Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee as part of a Republican-led hearing investigating whether former President Joe Biden’s top aides and members of the press helped obscure signs of cognitive decline throughout his presidency.
