Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, on her official visit to China, revealed a partnership with Huawei Technologies to revolutionise Lahore as Pakistan’s first state-of-the-art smart city.

A principled decision was made to develop Lahore as a smart city in collaboration with the Aga Khan Foundation Cultural Services and the CM also called for a feasibility report in this regard.

LAHORE: A multinational telecommunication company, Nokia, has entered into an agreement with the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) for setting up a pilot project of ‘Smart City’ in Lahore.
