Mostly north of us, according to the state foliage report released Thursday. More than half the state is will see its best fall foliage this week, including parts of central and western Pennsylvania.
For the week of Oct. 3, DCNR reports that all south-central Pa. counties have leaves that are starting to change. Reed said people can start expecting to see fall foliage at its peak in late October.
