Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot paid more than $4.7 million in special bonuses to employees at the company’s recognition meeting Thursday.

To reward employees for their loyalty and longevity with the company, Melaleuca's management team presented 265 employees with $2.9 million in appreciation bonuses during a recent employee meeting.
