Ohio State Buckeyes' wide receiver Jeremiah Smith recently made a bold promise for the program's rivals, the Michigan Wolverines.

That one loss appears to be enough for Ohio State wideout Jeremiah Smith. The world-class receiver, who was having a first-team All-American season littered with accolades like Big Ten Receiver and Freshman of the Year, had five catches for 35 yards and a touchdown in that loss to Michigan.

Ohio State’s run to a National Championship last season was all the more impressive given what came before it. Rebounding from a fourth straight loss to Michigan was a major statement by Ryan Day and the Buckeyes.
