One man's life-saving initiative, which has spread along the north Norfolk coast, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this month.

The Norfolk coastline will receive improved defences as part of a £25m project. North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) has agreed to put in extra shoreline protections in Cromer and Mundesley.
