It appears “My Little Pony,” the kid-friendly animated franchise that dates back to the '80s, has gone woke in new Netflix movie.

“My Little Pony: A New Generation” premieres Sept. 24 on Netflix. In this Netflix film, we meet Sunny (Vanessa Hudgens), an aptly named Earth Pony who wants to bring magic back to Equestria.

Earth-ponies, unicorns and pegasi are no longer friends and have lost their magic in “My Little Pony: A New Generation.” The feud doesn’t sit well with “Sunny,” voiced by Vanessa Hudgens.
