The Golden State Warriors have only one regular season game remaining. They'll take on the Clippers on Sunday. Despite that, the Warriors really have more like three chances to make the playoffs. That's because the play-in tournament provides additional chances to get into the best-of-seven, first-round proper.

The Warriors’ NBA playoff fate remains undecided entering the final day of the 2024-25 regular season. But the options for Golden State are slightly clearer after Friday’s 103-86 win over the Portland Trail Blazers at Moda Center.

Led by LeBron James and Luka Dončić, the Lakers are currently third in the Western Conference with a 49-31 record. If they win at least one of their final two games, it will mark their first 50-plus-win season since 2019-20 as well.
