FARGO - North Dakota State has unveiled revised versions of its primary and secondary athletic logos and a new custom typeface that will be used in athletic publications and team apparel.

The logo, designed by Matt Mastrud, of Fargo, is the first NDSU Bison logo to display only a buffalo head. It has a more three-dimensional look, Mastrud said.

NDSU's football team, coaches' shirts on game days, and on baseball caps and jerseys. The new logo design coincides with the introduction of a new Bison road football uniform.

Tulane, Gonzaga and Southern Illinois are some of the highlight opponents for NDSU women's and men's basketball.
