Police in Atlantic City said Tuesday that they retrieved one of the two irreplaceable instruments owned by members of the rock band Heart that were stolen from a venue in the New Jersey city two weeks ago as the group prepared to launch a nationwide tour.

One of two instruments stolen from the rock band Heart after they set up for their May 30 show in Atlantic City will soon be back in the band's possession. Meanwhile a mandolin is still missing.

The band was kicking off its summer tour, “An Evening with Heart,” at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena when police say Garfield Bennett, a 57-year-old man from Pleasantville, N.J., walked into the venue and walked out with two priceless instruments — the now-recovered sparkle baritone guitar and a 1966 Gibson EM-50 mandolin.
