The new logo features the brand's new name, Nottingham Building Society, in bold swirly writing on a bright mint green background.A number of people have expressed their frustration with the changes.

The final design, which was registered by the Flag Institute, was raised at Nottingham Castle, Newark Castle and in Mansfield Market Place on the day of its launch in May 2011.
