OLMSTED FALLS The city is accepting bids for three unoccupied or “non-productive” properties acquired through the Cuyahoga Land Bank.

Olmsted Falls Finance Director Tom Reynolds said the city paid Chagrin Valley Engineering $36,000 for standard engineering services this year. That amount will increase to $38,000 in 2025.
