Back in February when we reported on the burst pipes that displaced tenants at Parkview apartments, NEWS10 received several complaints in our newsroom of poor living conditions at the complex.

A first-degree rape arrest on November 12 is the latest violent crime at the Parkview Apartments complex in south Monroe. Parkview is located at 1101 Richwood Road No. 2 inside the Monroe City limits.
