Britain's Prince Harry has quit as a patron of Sentebale, a British charity he set up to help young people with HIV and AIDS in Lesotho and Botswana, following a dispute between trustees and the chair of the board that he called "devastating".

LONDON - Prince Harry said he had quit as patron of a charity he founded in southern Africa almost 20 years ago with a “heavy heart” amid a bitter boardroom battle, in a new blow to the royal living in self-exile.

Sentable's chair, Dr Chandauka, has called out "abuse of power, bullying, harassment, misogyny, [and] misogynoir."
