As commercial flight returns to the Purdue University Airport in May, a ground breaking for the new Amelia Earhart Terminal and a ceremonial first flight are scheduled for May 14.

The Federal Aviation Administration announced Thursday that Purdue University Airport will receive a $1.5 million grant to support the construction of its new Amelia Earhart Terminal.
