The daytime talk show, currently hosted by Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos, has filmed from its Upper West Side studio at 7 Lincoln Square for the past 37 years. But that era came to an end on April 1 when the couple aired their final episode from the studio ahead of their move downtown — and it wasn’t an April Fools’ joke.

PEOPLE caught up with the Live with Kelly and Mark co-hosts on the last day the pair filmed the long-running daytime show at 7 Lincoln Square (67th St. and Columbus Ave.), the Upper West Side studio that's been the show's base of operations for 37 years.
