Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon announces a new round of the Keeping It Local restaurant gift card program Nov. 8, 2021, at Kitty Hoynes Irish Pub & Restaurant in Syracuse.

The program, which has been administered by the local nonprofit Families and Youth Inc. using COVID-19 economic aid dollars from the city, distributes $10 vouchers to low-income and elderly residents.
