Chattanooga's plans to revitalize its riverfront downtown may see a $15 million shot in the arm from the state.

Right along the Tennessee River the Chattanooga River Market is open to evryone on weekends until the Easter Holiday.

The issue holds particular meaning for Cash Daniels, a 15-year-old who enjoys the river in his hometown of Chattanooga. “I’ve always loved animals and spending time outside,” said Mr. Daniels.
