Former MLB players Octavio Dotel and Tony Blanco, as well as popular merengue singer Rubby Perez, were killed with over 100 others after the roof of a nightclub collapsed in Santo Domingo April 7. The Dominican Republic National Police said in a video uploaded to Facebook early Wednesday morning that the death toll had risen to 113 people since the collapse of the popular Jet Set nightclub in the country's capitol Monday night.

Former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Octavio Dotel was at Jet Set nightclub, enjoying a concert by singer Rubby Pérez in the Dominican Republic. During the performance, however, the roof collapsed, and many are now wondering where Dotel is.

A second former Major League Baseball player was among the at least 66 people killed in a nightclub roof collapse.
