Dave Gettleman signed Kenny Golladay in one of the worst signings in Giants’ history, and the team is still dealing with the downstream effects of his ugly tenure. Schoen can’t claim to have reshaped New York’s roster successfully, but filling holes with expensive veterans for the sake of finishing with nine wins won’t earn him a better legacy.
