According to Globo, the Brazilian superstar is considering purchasing a villa in Morro de Santa Terezinha, an affluent neighborhood in Santos.

The investment is R$44 million and the project will benefit 51 municipalities in the northwest region of Paraná, including more than 5,200 rural properties.
