Enjoy this sweet and spiced pear jam on toast with ham and eggs, on hot rolls with meat or as a spread on baked goods. Make multiple jars, then keep some for yourself and give some as gifts.

We created this Spiced Pear and Bourbon cocktail ... we went for Brown Swerve to really help add a rich caramel flavor that marries perfectly with the pear and warm fall spices.

Spread onto the apple and pear mix and ... and simmer until the caramel has dissolved. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and cornflour and pour over the hot spiced caramel milk.
