Steubenville Big Red is regional champion for a 20th time in school history. Big Red edged out Sheridan 14-7 in the Division IV region 15 title game at New Philadelphia's Woody Hayes Quaker Stadium.

Sheridan drove 69 yards in seven plays — all runs — to reach Big Red's 21-yard line. A fourth-and-2 loomed, and a 38-yard field goal attempt was deemed to long to kick.
