Our study explored the use of BaHfS 3 and its Zr-alloyed variants, such as BaHf 0.75 Zr 0.25 S 3, BaHf 0.5 Zr 0.5 S 3, and BaHf 0.25 Zr 0.75 S 3, as absorber layers in photovoltaic devices.
