A historic building went up in flames overnight in Templeton, Massachusetts, with video showing flames shooting from the rooftop of the structure that has been the home to a pub since the 1960s.

Artiste Lofts LLC, a Portland company that has redeveloped similar properties into lofts and live/work spaces, purchased the R.J. Templeton Building, 230 E. Burnside, from Joanne Ferrero for $800,000.
