I offer the birds a cornucopia of native fruit-bearing trees and shrubs in my small yard: serviceberries, blueberries, spice bush, black gum, and multiple varieties of viburnum and dogwood.

They're written on thin banners of red, yellow, black and white ... and trees in particular, brings about a host of health benefits, with better mental health perhaps at the top of the list.
