WASHINGTON (7News) — President Donald Trump will be delivering an address before Congress in a joint session on Tuesday, March 4, prompting some road closures around the U.S. Capitol.

Seamons and his wife, Lynn, joined others in reminiscing about the landmark structure during the tour. They're season ticket holders and have been to the Capitol many times before and after the fire.
