Repairs on the Highway 90 bridge over US 17 begin this weekend. The Horry County Government says the South Carolina Department of Transportation will begin repairs this Sunday, Mar.30.

Phase two of the project will expand US 90 from Loop 1604 to State Highway 211 from four to six lanes. This phase is expected to begin in 2028 and be completed in 2032.
