The body of a young woman who died inside a Walmart walk-in oven in Halifax over the weekend was discovered by her horrified mother while she frantically searched for her daughter inside the store.

The Halifax Walmart where a 19-year-old woman was found dead has reopened more than three months after the tragedy. The Mumford Road store opened its doors to customers again at 7 a.m. Monday.
