We’re getting a first look at a brand new feature of Portland’s Washington Park that’s been under construction for nearly 10 years.

The project transformed two aging opening-air drinking water reservoirs into one seismically resilient underground site.

The National Park Service, which tracks the blooming ... provides a map of where to see the blossoms across Washington. The map does not include trees on private property, the organization said.
