Someone put Confederate flag and "Welcome to Harrison" sign with mayor’s name on it side-by-side on private property along busy road in southwest Ohio town.

New Ohio sign ( (Source: ODOT)) Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced the new brand on May 10, Ohio Tourism Day. The slogan was previously used from 1984-2001. The total cost of the signs is $59,990.12.

“Ohio, The Heart of it All” was the state’s tourism slogan between 1984 and the early 2000s and was followed by “Ohio, So Much to Discover" during Republican Gov. Bob Taft's tenure.
