Cookeville bowling event raising money for cancer recovery program The event was started after the siblings lost their father, Troy Whitaker, in a tragic farming accident.

Registration for the event is now open with all of the funding that comes from it going to the Putnam County Family YMCA Cancer Recovery Program, which supports around 50 survivors a year.
