Beyoncé is set to perform live at a Kamala Harris rally in Houston on Friday afternoon. The Houston-born singer allowed the Harris campaign to use her song "Freedom" months ago.

Texas isn't a battleground but Kamala Harris is rallying to Beyoncé's song "Freedom" to champion abortion rights and nudge Colin Allred past Ted Cruz.

Beyonce, a widely acclaimed musical artist who has supported Vice President Kamala Harris by offering her music throughout her campaign, will appear with the vice president at her rally in Houston, Texas.
