Racing entered All-Star weekend at North Wilkesboro with high expectations and delivered flashes of speed across all three of its entries. Chris Buescher, Brad Keselowski, and Ryan Preece each showed competitive pace in qualifying and early race segments,

Brad Keselowski won the pole for Sunday's All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro, but Michael McDowell's No. 71 team won the Pit Crew Challenge.

After Brad Keselowski earned pole position in qualifying on Friday, the rest of the grid was determined by a pair of heat races on Saturday. To put it simply, Heat #1 results decide the inside row for the All-Star Race while Heat #2 results decide the outside row with ten drivers in each heat.

The NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro delivered the best All-Star Race in years and likely the best short track race, too. More or less a three-groove track, there was even a four-wide moment in the race.
