Although it's only been one game for the Lakers, head coach JJ Redick is already loving Dalton Knecht. JJ Redick provided a lot of spacing in his NBA playing days and the Lakers first round pick seems to be following his lead in his first season as a head coach of the franchise.

Knecht (knee) has been cleared to play Tuesday night against Minnesota. Knecht was held out of his team's final preseason matchup due to a minor knee issue, but he's been cleared to make his NBA debut. He's expected to be involved in LA's rotation right away as a dangerous scoring threat.
