The DA’s office started investigating the alleged chop shop last June as multiple cases involving stolen cars pointed back to a large garage on Southeast 172nd Avenue in Happy Valley, Deputy District Attorney Cody Linderholm said.

A raid at a suspected “chop shop” led to one arrest and likely several stolen vehicle seizures in Happy Valley.
