KENTUCKY, USA — Kentucky residents are at-risk to fall for scams in the aftermath of the weekend's devastating tornadoes and storms. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving Greater Kentucky and South Central Indiana is warning of scammers after tornadoes tore through the Commonwealth on Friday.
The nationwide tornado threat is expected to downshift by Wednesday, with several relatively quiet days in the offing. Late May is still peak season, however, so pockets of severe weather could begin cropping up by the weekend into next week across the Southern Plains.
